The candidate filing period for the City of War general election ends this Saturday, January 25th. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 7AM to 3PM. City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 20th, 2025 in observation of Martin Luther King Day. We will resume our normal hours of operation on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025.
This is a final reminder that anyone who received a cut-off notice needs to make a payment toward their account by 3pm TODAY! As of 12/11/2024 the boil water advisory issued on 12/9/2024 has been lifted. ALL samples have came back clear! We appreciate everyone’s patience and thank everyone for their cooperation.
When using the blue drop box stationed outside of City Hall please make sure that all payments are sealed in an envelope with your name written on the outside. This helps ensure that payments aren’t lost and are posted to the correct accounts when collected by city clerks.
